The Little Black Dress

Her shadows were the prettiest though.

And she knew how to wear them.

Like a little black dress.

It was the most gorgeous stitching ever seen. Sewn together, tirelessly, with her own delicate hands.
Every curve of her mind, body, and soul filled that classic cut.

And it was so captivatingly breathtaking you couldn’t look away... no matter how hard you tried.

It was nothing a classic could ever measure up to. Not even in its most desperate attempts.

That silhouette was so charmingly haunting.

And it was in that moment I realized, darkness didn’t always devour those who dressed in it. 

Sometimes it magnified their beauty in untouchable ways.
